AT&T Labs - Research News

The head of AT&T Labs - Research was looking for a monthly chronicle of the people and technical accomplishments of the Lab. Using best-in-class publications as a guide, a new, web-based periodical was born. Research News contained technical milestones and awards, business unit accolades, reports from the press and first-person accounts of our Researchers of Renown. We specified the detailed website layout and hosting technology, hired writers and sent out both email and snail mailings to business units and customers around the world.

Examples of the earlier editions are avaiable from AT&T Labs - Research. Today's AT&T Labs uses the basic structure of Research News as its external home page. The current edition, which retains the look and feel of the original, is published here.
